Eä d20 v3.5 Middle-earth role-playing using D&D

Up one level

This is my attempt to adapt Dungeons and Dragons d20 3.5 edition rules to fit Middle-earth. Thanks to many for their help in this. So far I am playtesting this and other rules adaptations with 3 different groups. Please feel free to give feedback for improvements and such at http://eagroup.merp.com. The goal is to have the average D&D GM & Player have minimal core rules changes, but still get a strong matching feel for Tolkien's universe. Of course I'll also have my own separate "house rules" too. ;-) Eventually I'll have it adapted for different "Ages" as well (First Age, Second Age, Third Age, Fourth age, etc.). Also feel free to help ou on the mailing list at ea@merp.com (ea-subscribe@merp.com to join up before posting). These documents are still in draft format, so there are gaps here and there, but it's quite usuable now in some parts. Enjoy!

Eä d20 (House Rules) Magic In Middle-earth v20050423a
This is in very rough draft (incomplete) form. It is my attempt to try to bend, twist, mangle, and otherwise manipulate D&D's magic system to better fit Middle-earth. This is NOT an Eä core rules supplement, rather a House Rules supplement since it requires significant changes to the D&D Core rules.

Ea d20 v3.5 Magic in Middle-earth Tome (Draft Ver: 20051031a) PDF
This is the second revision of the Magic in Middle-earth Ea d20 book. This is still in a VERY rough draft form, but the key rules and formulas are getting pretty solid. Please feel free to comment in the forums.
Ea D20 Races & Cultures Revision 2006.01.22.a
Latest revision of the Ea D20 Races & Cultures book. Added beginning sections for the different Dwarf tribes, and many other changes in process. Adjusted ability bonus/penalty ratios and more. Check it out and PLEASE provide comments. The feedback really helps to refine and improve this work. Removed the lowering os Strength for Elves as per discussions about strength of elves. Adjusted Men as well. http://eagroup.merp.com
