Attr. Value in NPC Gen. table, Waning of the Dúnedain table
A description of how to determine Attribute Values has been added to the NPC Generation table in subchapter 9.19 Non-player Character Generation . Also, much of the descriptive text in subchapter 9.9.3 The Waning of the Dúnedain has been substituted by a table (also used in the NPC generation table for Attribute Value).
