Special BSV for Cultural and Local Knowledge and Geography Skills changed
The special Base Skill Value used for the Cultural and Local Knowledge and Geography Skills, BSV x 2, has been changed to WIT Value, which is more logical now that the way BSV is normally determined was changed from a non-linear systtem to simply Attriibute Value / 2.
